The coordination committee met at Bahadurabad, the temporary headquarters of the MQM Pakistan, to discuss the situation in the city, the provincial budget and other issues, including the performance of the Sindh government.

MQM Pakistan announced in the meeting that the postponed rally against the Sindh government would be held on July 3, starting from Hassan Square and ending at Karachi Press Club.

The MQM Pakistan leadership has directed all workers to start preparations for the protest rally. According to sources, a white paper on governance and ‘biased policies’ of the Sindh government will also be issued at the rally.

Increasing crime in Karachi, street crimes, policing in the name of lockdown, seizure of resources, full scale protest against anti-national elements and future course of action will also be announced.

The protest rally will also raise voice against the independent activities of those chanting anti-national slogans and supporters of Sindh.
