Murad Raas makes an important announcement regarding opening of schools

Lahore, 14th May: With the ongoing third wave of the pandemic in Punjab, the schools will remain closed for another week.

According to reports, Punjab Education Minister announced on Friday that all the educational institutes will remain closed till May 23 across the province.

Dr. Murad Raas took to his Twitter account and made the announcement:

ANNOUNCEMENT:
All Public and Private Schools of Punjab will remain closed till May 23, 2021 due to COVID 19 situation. A review meeting will be held on May 18th, 2021. Please make sure to follow SOPs issued by the Government.

He tweeted, “All Public and Private Schools of Punjab will remain closed till May 23, 2021, due to COVID 19 situation.”

He added that a review meeting will be held on May 18th, 2021 and appealed to the citizens to follow SOPs issued by the Government.

It is to be noted that on May 8, NCOC issued instructions to close all the educational institutes till May 23.
