According to a report by Baaghi TV, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has managed to obtain solid evidence against PML-N’s Rana Sanaullah.
The NAB has claimed that evidence of assets in excess of Rs. 14 crore has been found against Rana Sanaullah so far. According to NAB documents, Rana Sanaullah, while being the law minister, bought 168 plots and 2 farmhouses. Rana Sanaullah built properties worth Rs. 263,894,000 from 2013 to 2017. Rana Sanaullah inherited a house of 5 marlas and 10 kanals of agricultural land. Rana Sanaullah has declared the value of his properties as 10 crore 98 lakh 31 thousand 500 (Rs.109,831,500/-).
The real value of Rana Sanaullah’s assets is 14 crore 66 lakh 16 thousand (Rs.146,616,000/-). The value of 6 properties of Rana Sanaullah has not been determined yet. The shops that Rana Sanaullah bought have no sales agreement.
According to the NAB, the private plaza owner was asked why Rana Sanaullah sold shops at a very low price. So the plaza owner said that due to some legal issues he needed money so he sold the shops at cheap prices. According to NAB documents, Rana Sanaullah bought two farmhouses on Burki Road at very cheap rates.
Rana Sanaullah says that it is saying Rs 14 crore that my assets are more than my income. All my properties and accounts are frozen. First of all, I have properties worth 2 billion in Australia. Where are they? My income is more than the crores they are accusing me of.
