NAB team reaches LHC to arrest Shahbaz Sharif
Lahore, 3rd June: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) team has reached Lahore High Court to arrest Shahbaz Sharif.

Meanwhile, Shahbaz Sharif decided to file security bail in the case of assets in excess of income and money laundering. An application for security bail will be filed in the Lahore High Court by the lawyer of the Leader of the Opposition.
The petition took the position that the constitutional and legal right of the accused to be granted interim bail in any case could not be violated. The application for interim bail of Mian Shahbaz Sharif has been fixed for hearing in the High Court.

The security bail application said that the NAB raided Shahbaz Sharif’s house for arrest despite the interim bail application being fixed for hearing. Opposition leader Mian Shahbaz Sharif will try to secure bail. However, whatever he wants to do, he has to go.
In a statement, Sheikh Rasheed said that action would be taken against those who had set up sugar mills since 1985. Today, that has proved to be true. Sheikh Rasheed said that NAB, FIA, FBR and the police will crack down on all those who forgave loans in 1985 and set up mills.
According to sources, in case of non-cooperation in the investigation, Schedule-II gives the authority to NAB to arrest the accused. However, under Section A-31 of the NAB Ordinance, disciplinary action may be initiated in case of obstruction of investigation.
