The Foreign Minister of India, S. Jaishankar, finally divulged that the Narendra Modi government made efforts to keep Pakistan in the grey list of FATF. This acknowledgment by the Indian External Affairs Minister proves that the FATF (Financial Action Task Force) is doing political farce under the influence of India.

“Due to us, Pakistan is under the lens of FATF and it was kept in the grey list. We have been successful in pressurizing. Pakistan’s behavior has changed is because of pressure put by India by various measures,” S. Jaishankar further added, while talking to a political gathering.

This also confirms the viewpoint of Pakistan that FATF is being used for political purposes and India is playing an important role in this dirty game. It appears to be that the Indian government is trying to manipulate the international organizations after this confession by J.S Shankar. Can FATF overcome the pressure after this particular announcement? Should not the FATF be taking measures to ensure its non-partisanship? Will the FATF be able to rebuild its reputation again? And will the decisions made by FATF be considered justified?

This statement proved that global financial watchdog FATF is acting as an arms supplier for the western world and is actively working for a colonial system of the West. When other countries try to oppose such policies by western countries and make decisions for their own benefits, then these countries are restricted by putting blame on them for terrorism and money laundering, the prominent example for it is Pakistan. Besides the fact that Pakistan acted upon 26 out of 27, but it brings no effect to Pakistan because Pakistan was kept in the grey list by FATF and under “increased monitoring” which is against the basic rule of the organization. Although Pakistan provided evidence of terrorism by India to United Nations and also conveyed this to FATF.

A prominent example of Indian terrorism is Kulbhushan Jadhav, a navy official, and RAW agent, who is imprisoned in Pakistan. India supplies arms to Daesh, but this fact is ignored. According to the finance department of the U.S., India is top on the list for secretly transferring amounts through illegal ways. FATF takes no notice of this fact as well because India supports the dominant holders of it. Indian organizations and persons were caught involved in the illegal and suspicious transfer of $1.53 billion through money laundering, but no action was taken against India even though money laundering was carried by it on such a huge level.

Similarly, FATF remains ignorant of the headlights of uranium theft from the unsecured nuclear assets of India. However, in reality, the international organization FATF was obliged to take strict action against India for its acts and put it up on the black list and it should have removed Pakistan from the grey list and made it a part of the white list for Pakistan’s brilliant performance. There could be no other evidence for the questionable business of FATF than this. The world remains silent on money laundering by India. Is this fact hidden from the world that India is acting as an arms supplier and also providing financial assistance to terrorists? After happening of all these events the current affairs and circumstances in Pakistan can never be ignored at any cost. Pakistan played a vital role not only for regional peace but also to be a helping hand whenever the world needed any assistance, but the world extremists have been keeping Pakistan at target. Keeping Pakistan in the grey list by FATF is a part of this political scheme. This is an intriguing game being played to impose more restrictions on Pakistan through tricks and excuses. India, being the eternal enemy of Pakistan, is playing the role of a villain in all these situations. India is trying its best to cut back Pakistan in more ways. India is influencing for this very purpose and playing conspiracies.

Pakistan supported the U.S. in the war against terror and paid heavy costs for acting as an ally for the U.S in the war against terror. We offered our seventy thousand precious lives in the name of peace for the whole world. We bore a loss of billion dollars. Our one generation became the hotlist target of terrorism and others suffered living in fear of terrorism and terrorists. We were cut off from the outer world and people gave us the name “Dangerous Country”. While delivering deliverance to the world, we appeared on the hit list of terrorists, despite the reality that we supported the world for peace. Pakistan learned a lesson from these past events and maintained policies of impartiality while practicing regional politics. Pakistan is actively moving forward based on the policy to provide long-lasting peace in the case of Afghanistan and is constantly taking a stand for neutrality, as well. India is using the government of Ashraf Ghani in Afghanistan to play dirty games against Pakistan. The tragic event of Dasu Dam, which was planned to disturb relations with China but apparently it couldn’t strike down the bird and then kidnapping of Afghanistan Ambassador’s daughter, these two are linking events of the same chain. They aim to destroy the peace of Pakistan and ultimately present Pakistan as an unsafe country to the world. The world should not forget that Pakistan fought against terrorism of every kind for two decades.
