Lahore, 26th August: Slain Noor Mukadam’s father has challenged the Islamabad High Court (IHC) to cancel the bail granted to the CEO and five other employees of Therapy Works who were allegedly involved in his daughter’s murder case.
According to details, Shaukat Ali Mukadam, father to Noor, moved the IHC on Thursday seeking cancellation of the bail which the court granted earlier to the CEO and five workers of Therapy Works.
According to reports, in Noor Mukadam’s murder case, a sessions court in Islamabad granted bail to six officials including its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Tahir Zahoor, of Therapy Works on Monday this week.
However, Noor’s father moved a petition in the court against the bail granted to the officials. In his petition, Shaukat Mukadam said that the Therapy Works’ employees were present when the gruesome murder took place.
The petition further read that the sessions court had avoided the rules laid down by the Supreme Court when granting bail to the suspects.

Shaukat Mukadam revealed that the CEO and other employees of Therapy Works had been threatening him regarding the case. He argued that the suspects concealed the evidence and pleaded to the court to invalidate the sessions court’s orders and repeal the bail granted to the suspects.
Noor’s father said that if the bail is not nullified, the applicant may suffer irreparable damage.
Meanwhile, on August 16, a judicial magistrate extended the physical remand of Zahir Jaffer, the murderer of Noor Mukadam, till August 30.
