According to latest statistics released by the National Command & Operation Centre (NCOC), more than five hundred people have tested positive for Coronavirus.

According to reports of Baaghi TV, 532 people tested COVID-19 positive on 22nd September, while 8 people lost lives in the hospital, during the last 24 hours. The total number of active COVID-19 cases in Pakistan has reached 7,070 as of 23rd September.

It is to be noted, that 33,744 tests were conducted on the 22nd of September, with Sindh at 13,056, Punjab at 10,593, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) at 4,068, Islamabad at 3,699, Balochistan at 1,113, Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) at 227, Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK) at 988. According to reports, 293,916 people have recovered so far across Pakistan, making it a significant count.

Latest reports show that there is no patient on ventilator in AJK & Balochistan while, 107 ventilators are occupied across Pakistan out of 1,912 vents allocated for COVID-19 in the country. A total of 307,418 cases detected so far with AJK at 2,566, Balochistan at 14,607, GB at 3,542, Islamabad at 16,246, KP at 37,418, Punjab at 98,602, Sindh at 134,437.

So far the death toll has reached 6,432 deaths in the country with Sindh at 2,469 (6 Died in hospital on 22nd September), Punjab at 2,227 (no deaths), KP at 1,258 (no deaths), Islamabad at 180 (no deaths), Balochistan at 145 (no deaths), GB at 83 (1 Died in hospital on 22nd September), AJK at 70 (1 Died in hospital on 22nd September).

It is to be noted that so far 3,264,216 tests have been conducted since the outbreak spread across Pakistan while, 735 hospitals are providing COVID-19 facilities to nearly 880 patients admitted across the country.
