Pakistan Army’s annual winter training exercise Zarb-e-Hadid initiated

According to Baaghi TV, the Pakistan Army’s annual winter training exercise Zarb-e-Hadid continues.
According to the DG ISPR, in the annual training exercise includes various drills as are part of the procedure. The purpose of the core level exercise is comprehensive operational preparation. The purpose of the exercises is to create coordination in different areas of the forces.
According to DG ISPR, the exercises are being conducted in the desert and plains. Bahawalpur Corps formations are participating in the exercises.

Earlier, team spirit competitions were held at the National Counter Terrorism Center. Different teams are demonstrating their skills in the competitions. There will be competitions based on water barriers and other challenges. The competitions demonstrated challenging situations, physical competitions and mental abilities. Teams are demonstrating tactical battle drills and other military skills.
According to the DG ISPR, the purpose of the competitions is to assess physical and professional abilities, and also to deal with the challenges of real ground situation.

Last year, Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa, while addressing the Pakistan Army Team Spirit event, said that the skills to fight such competitions and exchange of best experiences would be improved. Such competitions will help unite the forces of participating countries, with training and teamwork distinguishing each soldier from the challenges he faces. Everyone has to be physically and mentally fit for a quick response. The spirit of self-sacrifice and patriotism in difficult times forms a powerful force.
