Pakistan govt opens Wagah border for three days

The Pak-India Wagah border has been reopened by the Government of Pakistan for the return of Indian nationals stranded in Pakistan.

According to the Federal Interior Ministry, 748 Indian nationals were stranded in Pakistan due to the lockdown and the Wagah border has been specially opened for repatriation on June 25th, 26th and 27th.

According to the Interior Ministry, out of 748 Indian nationals, 250 Indians have reached India from Pakistan through Wagah border today, while 250 Indians will leave on the second day and 248 on the third day.

Officials say that the Indians were living in different cities of Pakistan.
