Pakistan is becoming a military power in the region, want to improve military relations: China

BEIJING: China has reportedly expressed a desire to further strengthen military ties with Pakistan to maintain peace and stability in the region.

Chinese Defense Attach Major General Chen Wenwing accompanied the delegation to the Pakistan Army Public Relations (ISPR). According to ISPR, the Chinese delegation visited China on the occasion of the 93rd anniversary of the establishment of the People’s Liberation Army.

DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar on behalf of Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa welcomed the Chinese delegation and congratulated the Chinese delegation on the anniversary of the establishment of PLA.

In his message to the Chinese delegation, Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa said that Pak Army and PLA are an important part of Pak-China strategic relations and both are proud of the fraternal relations between the two armed forces.

Chinese Defense Attach Major General Chen Wen Rong said that Pak-China military ties have been strengthened with the passage of time, and Pak-China friendship will last forever.

The Defense Attach said that China appreciates Pakistan’s efforts in all areas during Corona.

In his message on the anniversary of the establishment of the PLA, Chinese Ambassador Yao Jing also said that Pak-China military relations are a strategic partnership and China is keen to further strengthen military ties with Pakistan.

Yao Jing said he wanted to strengthen military ties with Pakistan to maintain peace and stability in the region.
