Pakistan, Our Beloved Homeland: Binding with Love & Unity

Man needs a name and identity after birth. Whatever race, nation, sect, color, or tribe you belong to, you cherish your individuality, but you cannot replace your homeland, which binds you in unity with fellow citizens, or your love for it, because it’s born within you.
A man’s basic identity comes from his homeland. Before he is a Rajput or a Sheikh or whatever caste or creed, he is a Pakistani. He has no doubts that his homeland, his country, and his land is the greatest blessing among the blessings bestowed by the Lord of the worlds.
The 75th Independence Day of our country has arrived, and the strong love of one’s country is a natural passion. There is no greater proof that a country nurtures its inhabitants like a mother. Apart from that, there are countless other factors which cause you to fall in love with your homeland.
Today’s generation should know that Pakistan, which came into being after the sacrifice of millions of lives, is unique in the world on very important grounds.
God bless us that we have our own home, our own free and independent homeland, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. It is our good fortune that we breathe its free air. We enjoy the heights of its towering mountains, the beauty of its dense forests.
When the Muslims of pre-Partition India realized that they could not live with Hindus, they demanded a separate homeland. After many sacrifices, Pakistan came into being on 14th August 1947. This day was also the 27th of Ramadan which is proof that Pakistan is a mercy of Allah for the Muslims.
Pakistan is the only country in the world that was made in the name of religion. Here the Muslims can freely practice Islam, and freely obey the commands of God.
Furthermore, Pakistan is also a country where non-Muslims are given their full rights and are not barred from worshiping according to their religion. Islam teaches us equality and the greatest proof of which is the rights of non-Muslims in Pakistan. The purpose of getting Pakistan was to follow the teachings of Allah and His Messenger (S.A.W.), however, Pakistan is also a nation where no one would be barred from living as they wished. All would be given equal rights and all would be helped.
One of the purposes of getting Pakistan was to form a nation that was just. However, nowadays we have forgotten that purpose.
This country was created to provide justice and give equal rights to all but today, that is not visible. The poor are being deprived of their basic rights. The purpose of getting Pakistan was to follow the religion of Allah but today in this country we see all that Allah has forbidden such as theft, bribery, adultery, and so on.
Much has happened in this country, so much so that its permanence is nothing short of Allah’s miracle. Allah has blessed Pakistan greatly, also being one of the few countries to experience the four seasons.
Moreover, Pakistan has the largest salt mine in the world. Coal and various minerals are found in large quantities here. Methane gas, marble, etc. are also present in abundance.
Sporting goods from the Pakistani city of Sialkot are shipped all around the world. Rice grown in Pakistan is also exported to other countries and the K-2 mountain is the second-highest mountain in the world. Apart from this, Allah Almighty has blessed Pakistan with many other precious blessings. Therefore, we should appreciate His blessings and while thanking Him, remember Pakistan’s purpose and try to implement it.
