ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Railway has decided to run 35 Eid special trains instead of 11.

According to reports, Pakistan Railways has decided to run 35 Eid special trains before Eid-ul-Fitr on the instructions of NCOC.

According to Pakistan Railways, 11 express trains and 24 intercity trains will run between Lahore, Faisalabad and Multan from May 9. The trains will run from Karachi to Lahore, Rawalpindi and one to Multan while the rest will run between Lahore and Karachi. No additional trains to Peshawar on Eid. No special Eid train will run from Rawalpindi to other cities.

 

A total of 11 special passenger trains were decided to run on Eid. With this, it has been decided to run 24 intercity passenger trains from May 9 to May 12. The passenger trains will leave Lahore daily from May 9 to May 12 at 8 pm and 1 pm for Faisalabad.

Similarly, passenger trains will leave Faisalabad for Lahore at 8 pm and 12:30 pm. From May 9 to May 12, it will leave Faisalabad between Multan and Faisalabad at 11:30 pm and similarly it will leave Multan for Faisalabad at 6:30 pm.
