Pakistan rejects Indian statement on unveiling of map

ISLAMABAD, August 05 (Online): Pakistan has rejected Indian ministry of foreign affairs statement on   unveiling of map of Occupied Kashmir by Pakistan.

“We categorically reject Indian ministry of foreign affairs statement on unveiling of political map by Pakistan. India cannot cover up illegal and unacceptable steps  taken by it on  August 05, 2019 in Occupied Kashmir by distorting the facts”, this was said by F.O spokesperson here .

Imposing allegations of this nature  by such  a country on others which  commits state aggression openly under its expansionist instinct  is ridiculous, FO added.

The statement further said India has illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir territory since 1947 and is violating UN Security Council resolutions since decades.

India has failed to enslave Kashmiris by dint of force despite perpetuation of atrocities on them since over 72 years. Pakistan stance is clear and unambiguous in this regard that key to Kashmir issue lies in granting their right of self-determination to people of Kashmir by holding a fair and free plebiscite under UN auspices.

FO said government and people of Pakistan and its leadership is committed to its firm resolve that Kashmir issue be sorted out as per will of Kashmiris in line with UN Security council resolutions.
