According to reports, the National Command & Operation Center (NCOC) has confirmed that another 148 lives have been lost to COVID-19, which is the highest number of deaths per day, since June 2020.

NCOC statistics show that 47,301 tests have been conducted during the last 24-hours following which 5,499 new cases have come to light. The positivity ratio has also risen to 11.62%.

The total number of deaths from Corona virus is reported to be 16,453 deaths while number of affected people is 767,378. The NCOC has declared 26 districts as high-risk areas across Pakistan.
