Pakistan squad for the series against England and West Indies has been announced

LAHORE 4 June, 2021: Pakistan squad for the series against England and West Indies has been announced. Karachi Kings captain Emad Wasim has been included in the short format squad while Azam Khan is also part of the squad.

According to details, Pakistan cricket team for tour of England and West Indies has been announced today. Haris Sohail and Karachi Kings captain Emad Wasim have returned to ODI and T20 squads while Quetta Gladiators will play PSL. For the first time ever, Azam Khan has also been included in the T20 squad for the national team. According to the PCB, fast bowlers Muhammad Abbas and Naseem Shah have also returned to the Test squad. On the condition of fitness, the inclusion of league spinner Yasir Shah in the national Test squad is also possible.

According to the PCB, Babar Azam will captain the tour in England and the West Indies in all three formats. While on tour in England, the Pakistan cricket side will play three ODIs and three T20I matches. The first ODI between the two teams will be played on July 8. The tour will also include 5 TTwenty and 2 test matches against West Indies.

The first contest in the T20 series between Pakistan and West Indies is set for the 27th of July.
