Pakistan welcomes statement, strongly condemning & rejecting Indian Govt’s illegal actions to redefine domicile rules to alter Indian occupied Jammu & Kashmir demographic & terms it ‘Settlement Colonialism’ against the Independent Permanent Human Rights Commission (IPHRC) of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), UNSC resolutions, 4th Geneva Convention, international human rights and humanitarian law. The statement further notes that since 5 Aug 2019, India, despite widespread int’l condemnation from the United Nation, The Independent Permanent Human Rights Commission (IPHRC) of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and other human rights bodies, continues to pursue systematic persecution of Kashmiri Muslims through vicious political, economic and communication blockade in Indian occupied Jammu & Kashmir.
