Pakistani Celebrities Pay Tribute to Police on Police Day

Pakistani artists have paid tributes to all police martyrs and their families on shahada, on Police Day, through video recordings on social media.

According to reports, Popular actress Neelam Munir said on social media, “On this day, I pay my heart out to all the martyrs of the police and their families. Our police officers sacrifice their lives to protect our beloved country and nation. I salute all the martyrs of the police and their families, I believe that their sacrifices will never go in vain.”

Senior actor Saifi Hassan said, “August 4 is the day when we remember our police officers and youths who sacrificed their lives to protect us, I salute all the officers and youths of Sindh police.”

Actor Aijaz Aslam said, “I pay tribute to all the martyrs of the police, and thank their martyrs because of which we are living in peace and walking freely.”

Cricketer Fawad Alam also paid tribute to all the martyrs of the police.

It is to be noted that Pakistan has been observing Police Day, today on August 4, wherein respects are being paid to the officers who laid their lives down for the country. Flowers and laurel wreaths will be laid down on their graves and monuments.
