Pakistani flag hoisted on Mount Everest for the second time in 24 hours

May 12, 2021: BaaghiTV reports that Pakistan’s green crescent flag was hoisted for the second time in 24 hours on the world’s highest peak, Mount Everest.

Another Pakistani climber, Sarbaz Khan, climbed Mount Everest after Pakistani mountaineer Shahroze Kashif had climbed Mount Everest yesterday. He has managed to climb 2 peaks above 8000 meters in a month. Sarbaz Khan climbed Anna Parana peak on April 16 this year. Sarbaz Khan is the first Pakistani to climb Ana Parna. Sarbaz Khan hails from Hunza district of Gilgit-Baltistan.

Shahroez Kashif had announced to name his summit after Ali Sadpara. Shahroze Kashif had earlier climbed Pakistan’s fourth highest peak, Broad Peak, at 26,400 feet above sea level. He was 17 years old at the time. Shahroze Kashif is the youngest climber to fly the Pakistani flag on Broad Peak.
