Pakistani star couple call it quits

Lahore (3rd Mar, 2020): Pakistan’s star couple, Shahroz Sabzwari and Saira Shahroz, legally separate after eight years of marriage. 

According to reports of Baaghi TV, news of the couple divorcing had surfaced late last year however, Shahroz Sabzwari had categorically denied the rumors surrounding their separation.

At the time he had stated that while the two were technically separated, they were very much married to each other. In a video shared to his official Instagram page, the actor had asked for the media and the public to respect their privacy and not speculate on the rumors.

However, they have now revealed that they are indeed getting a divorce due to “irreconcilable differences”. Syra who has since changed her name to Syra Yousuf, posted on Instagram that the two have decided to call it quits due to irreconcilable differences. She stated in the post that our “only hope” is that “we can continue to be the best possible parents to our daughter”.

Likewise, Shahroz Sabzwari posted a similar note reiterating that while the two have decided to move on from their marriage, the couple hopes their daughter, six year old, Nooreh Shahroz can “continue to enjoy and reciprocate the love and respect” entitled to her and her parents.
