According to the report of Baaghi TV, a new petition was filed against the trial in Asif Zardari’s Park Lane reference on which the NAB prosecutor raised an objection.

NAB Prosecutor Sardar Muzaffar Abbasi told the court that if a similar petition has already been filed, the new petition is a delaying tactic. What was said in the first petition was also stated in the second petition. That they dream at night, have to file a new application in the morning. Application to be rejected with heavy fines.

The NAB prosecutor further told the court that the application for removal of reference could not be filed after the decision to charge the individual. All arrangements were made for indictment in Karachi.

The High Court has the power to remove the reference, not the accountability court. The purpose of Asif Zardari’s new petitions is to adopt delaying tactics.

During the hearing, there was a heated exchange between Asif Zardari’s lawyers and NAB prosecutors. Accountability court judge Azam Khan expressed anger and warned the lawyers.

Accountability court judge Azam Khan remarked, “Why are you screaming?” I can’t allow anyone to shout in my court, don’t make the court a political arena, why are you making noise, I will not allow anyone to do politics here, Mr. Farooq Naik, you promised to complete your arguments today. Give arguments on the first application. I will decide on the jurisdiction of the court with it.

Farooq H Naik said that Sardar Muzaffar Abbasi would have to apologize for the dreamy remarks. On which the NAB prosecutor said that I will not apologize. Sajjad Akbar Abbasi said that such a thing cannot be done with the senior council. On which the NAB prosecutor said that you should not speak. In this reference, you are not the council, you have no right to speak.

Park Lane reference to be ruled out, Asif Zardari filed the petition
