PDM announces rallies in its second phase

Lahore, 21st December: Rallies of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) have been announced in the second phase.

According to Baaghi TV, the PDM steering committee has prepared a second phase protest schedule.

PDM’s steering committee approves a schedule of rallies, according to which the first PDM rally is to be held on December 23 in Mardan, second PDM rally to be held on December 27 in Larkana. Other PDM Rallies will be held in Bahawalpur on December 30, Bannu on January 6 and Sialkot on January 9.

Series of rallies will be held in Malakand on January 11, Loralai on January 13 and Kotharparkar on January 16, rally on January 18 will be held in Khuzdar and January 23 in Sargodha. The last PDM rally will be held on January 27 in Faisalabad.

According to PDM spokesperson Mian Iftikhar Hussain, the meeting was presided over by Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and was attended by Mian Iftikhar Hussain, Akram Khan Durrani, Sikandar Sherpao.

The schedule of protest rallies will be announced after approval from the PDM leaders. The meeting also discussed in detail whether to participate in the by-elections or not. The final decision on participation in the by-elections will be taken at the summit.

According to PDM spokesman Mian Iftikhar Hussain, it was decided at the meeting that a PDM summit would be convened as soon as possible in which important decisions would be taken.
