PDM Rally, traffic advisory plan released for Lahore

According to the report of Baaghi TV, the city traffic police has issued a traffic advisory plan for the convenience and awareness of the citizens.

Sharif Medical City Road will be closed for normal traffic, Ring Road Ada Plot to Niazi Shaheed Chowk will be closed after 12 noon keeping in view the situation and events, GT Road Timber Market from Ravi Road to Imamia Colony Gate will be closed for normal traffic during the rally.

An appeal has been made to avoid unnecessary travel during the rally movement on the Lahore Ring Road and GT Road. Those going abroad have been directed to leave their homes at least six hours in advance.

According to Syed Hamad Abid, the adjoining roads will be closed to traffic during the rally, and the roads will be reopened to normal traffic as the rally passes. In case of emergency during the rally movement, citizens going to Gujranwala and Narowal will be able to use the old Ravi Bridge. Traffic from Lahore to Sheikhupura will be able to use Saginaw Bridge, Saeed Chowk and Dosako Chowk instead of Shahdara Chowk.
