Karachi: According to reports, well-known journalist Iqar ul Hassan while talking about the motorway incident said that it is a strange thing that the people themselves have to avoid rape and the accused has to be caught by the people which later is to be given to the police.

The point is that according to the CCPO, you have to avoid rape yourself and according to the “press conference held to report the escape of the accused”, if such a tragedy occurs, you have to catch the accused yourself.
