Petroleum prices likely to drop by Rs 31 per liter

Islamabad: The price of petroleum products is expected to drop dramatically by Rs 31 per liter by the end of this month, according to sources.

According to sources, due to the decline in oil prices in the global market, prices will be reduced in the country as well. Sources say that the price of petrol is likely to be reduced by Rs 22 , while diesel prices to be cut down by Rs 31 per liter.

Oil Prices Plunging Down in the Global Market

According to reports, the oil prices in the global market have declined on Wednesday and it has fallen to the lowest level since 2002. According to sources, the price has dropped to $ 20 a barrel, after which the decline in the global market will have far more profound effects on the global economy.

It is to be remembered that Prime Minister Imran Khan also announced a reduction in petroleum products in March. Moreover, the prices of petroleum products for the month of April were unchanged.
