Lahore, 27th April: With the increasing number of infected patients of COVID-19 in Pakistan, the national airline is under the clouds with 3 PIA air hosts who have been diagnosed recently with the coronavirus.

According to Baaghi TV, one of the air hosts of the Pakistan International Airlines infected with the coronavirus is from Peshawar and two are from Lahore.

The three air hosts flew from Lahore to Manchester on a special PIA flight. The three air hosts were then taken for isolation in a local hotel in Islamabad for two days on their return from Manchester, during which they were tested for COVID-19 and the result came positive.

A PIA spokesman confirmed on Sunday night that the three air hosts are diagnosed positive with the virus.

Earlier, coronavirus has been diagnosed in 3 air hosts. Four days ago, a PIA air hostess was diagnosed with coronavirus. She was on duty on a special flight from Dubai and was tested at Karachi airport. Later, she was taken to CMH for treatment.

Earlier, a captain and two air hostesses tested positive for corona. According to a PIA spokesperson, the captain and both air hostesses are now healthy.

Special PIA flights are being operated on the instructions of the government of Pakistan for the repatriation of Pakistanis stranded abroad.

On the instructions of the Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan, special measures have been taken for the repatriation of Pakistanis stranded abroad. The Government of Pakistan, and in particular Prime Minister Imran Khan, is personally monitoring the situation.
