PIA to extend the code-share agreement with Turkey

Lahore, 27th October: PIA CEO Air Marshal Arshad Malik pays a one-day visit to Turkey to resume flight operations to Europe from alternative sources.

Baaghi TV: PIA CEO Arshad Malik met the Turkish Airlines CEO Bilal Akshi and Chairman Alkar Aichi.

As per sources, PIA and Turkish Airlines agreed in principle to extend the ongoing codeshare agreement.

There is also a request from Turkish Airlines for cargo sharing with Pakistan International Airline (PIA).

CEO Arshad Malik visited new Istanbul Airport and talked with the management.

On the big screens installed at the new Istanbul Airport, CEO PIA was welcomed with the flags of Pakistan and Turkey.

Both the parties discussion on launching air operations for PIA Istanbul and other administrative matters.
