PM Inaugurates Resistance Wall in Muzaffarabad

MUZAFFARABAD, August 05 (Online Int’l): Prime Minister Pakistan Imran Khan  inaugurated “Resistance Wall” in memory of the oppressed Kashmiris in Muzaffarabad on Wednesday.

Youm-e-Istehsal rally was held here on completion of one year of Indian siege of Occupied Kashmir. The rally was led by Prime Minister Imran Khan. PM Imran Khan reached Muzaffarabad from Islamabad early on Wednesday. AJK PM Raja Farooq Haider, AJK PTI leader Barrister Sultan and others welcomed the PM on his arrival.

Prime Minister Imran Khan participated in a solidarity walk along with AJK President and Prime Minister and others to commemorate one year of military siege of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Additional Chief Secretary Dr. Asif Hussain briefed Prime Minister Imran about the resistance wall.

In his message on the occasion of Youm-e-Istehsal PM Imran Khan has  said “We have exposed Modi government‘s Hindutva fascist supremacy. Since August 5, 2019, Kashmiris are under a brutal military siege in Occupied Kashmir and a bid has been made to change their demographic composition.”

He said, “India tried to stifle the voices of people of Kashmir through illegal occupation. However I will continue to serve as ambassador of all Kashmiris. My government has raised the Kashmir issue in the UN effectively after several years”, he said, adding, “We have exposed the Modi government’s fascist Hindutva supremacy.

We have kept in view the aspirations of Kashmiris in Pakistan’s new map and we are committed to our resolve pertaining to UN resolutions on it, he observed.
