According to a report by Baaghi TV, Prime Minister Imran Khan on the inauguration of Pak-Austria Fachhochschule; Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology, has said that instead of praising one’s deeds, one should focus on doing more work.
Addressing a function in Haripur, Prime Minister Imran Khan said that communism was a disaster for nations. The impression that the West can only develop and not us, is false. The mindset and thinking of British slavery within us must be changed. Why can’t we do something? It is because we copy. Why can’t our people become English scientists? We have to free minds from the thought of slavery.
Prime Minister Imran Khan further said that we are independent people and we can to do something fruitful ourselves. The percentage of youth in Pakistan is high and therefore development is possible.
Big data, artificial intelligence and other technology will help us develop. We spent the first year improving the economy and the second year dealing with Corona. Education has not received attention in the past. We want to invest in education by enacting a law against misuse of money. If we had focused on the education sector in the past then we have been somewhere now.
Prime Minister Imran Khan further said that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government had invested in the Pak-Austrian Institute of Applied Science and Technology. China helped Pakistan in every matter. China also assisted in the matter of science and technology. Moving forward in the field of science and technology is the need of time.
Earlier, Prime Minister Imran Khan inaugurated the Pak-Austria Fachhochschule, which is the first university of its kind in Pakistan to offer state-of-the-art courses in Artificial Intelligence, Railway Engineering, Mineral Resource Engineering, Agriculture and Food Engineering.
The university will teach artificial intelligence and engineering. The university will also provide education in food technology and other fields.
Prime Minister Imran Khan was accompanied by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Shah Farman and Chief Minister Mahmood Khan at the inauguration ceremony.
