Inspector General (IG) Islamabad Qazi Jameel-ur-Rehman had a meeting with Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan, in which he briefed the Prime Minister on the Usman Mirza case.
According to details shared from the Twitter handle of the PM Office, IG Islamabad called on the premier today where he briefed the Prime Minister in detail about the updates, including the statements of the victim couple and the accused arrested in the case.
As a result to which, PM Imran Khan directed the IG Islamabad for a comprehensive investigation of the Usman Mirza case where he brutally harassed and assaulted a young couple in sector E-11 of Islamabad.

The IG himself is overseeing the case to ensure strong criminal proceedings after the arrest of the accused and conviction of the accused.
