PM Khan: Mafias not letting rule of law to be established

Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that the big mafias are taking wrongful advantage of the system and preventing the rule of law to be established in the country.

Addressing the farmers’ card issuance ceremony in Dera Ismail Khan, Imran Khan said that the big mafias who take advantage of the corrupt system do not allow the rule of law to be established. “The mafia says give us NRO, and catch the rest but such a society cannot move forward,” he said.

The Prime Minister further said without naming anyone that these mafias could not give a receipt of property worth billions of rupees, and instead of giving receipts, they are making speeches from outside.

Imran Khan said that for the betterment of the country we have to think of the next generations and not of elections. “We will succeed in the fight against the mafia for the rule of law,” he stated.

“If our population continues to grow and production does not increase, there will be hunger in the country. Food prices will rise due to imports. We are trying to become self-sufficient,” he added.
