PM to take important decisions amid the second wave of COVID-19

Lahore, 2nd November: Prime Minister Imran Khan has convened a meeting to discuss the current situation amid the second wave of coronavirus in the country.

According to the report of Baaghi TV, after the second wave of coronavirus, Prime Minister Imran Khan convened a meeting of the National Coordinating Committee for Corona.

The meeting chaired by Prime Minister Imran Khan will consider important issues including the closure of educational institutions and SOPs.

Prime Minister Imran Khan expressed concern over the increasing number of COVID-19 patients in the country and will convene a meeting of the National Co-ordination Committee for Corona tomorrow, in which important decisions will be taken.

The meeting will review the cases in the country, NCOC officials will brief the Prime Minister on the latest situation of the pandemic. The meeting will consider the closure of educational institutions, SOPs and other important issues.

The second wave of coronavirus continues in Pakistan, in the last 24 hours there have been 12 deaths from the virus while 1,123 new patients have recovered so far.

According to the NCOC, the total number of coronavirus patients in Pakistan has reached 335,093 while the total number of deaths has reached 6,823. In Pakistan, 315,016 corona patients have recovered and 13,242 are undergoing treatment.
