Indian-occupied Jammu and Kashmir police have arrested three innocent Mujahideen from South Kashmir in Rajouri district and claimed to have recovered arms and ammunition from their custody.

According to reports, Jammu police zone inspector general Mukesh Singh told UNI that police and security forces had arrested three people in Rajouri district.

He said that these three persons belonged to an organization called Lashkar-e-Taiba and had come to Rajouri from Kashmir.

Meanwhile, police sources said that police and security forces arrested three persons during an operation in Goreen Bala area of ​​Rajouri on the night of September 18 and 19 and claimed to have recovered arms and ammunition from their possession.

He identified the arrested as Rahul Bashir alias Ian Bhai, resident of Pulwama, Amir Jan alias Hamza, resident of Kakapura, Pulwama and Hafiz Younis Wani alias Zubair, resident of Shopian.

The arms recovered from the detainees included 2 AK-56 rifles, 6 AK magazines, 2 Chinese pistols, 3 pistol magazines, 4 grenades and Rs.100,000 in cash.
