According to reports, a major political party in Pakistan has welcomed the ban on Tehreek-e-Labaik.
ANP provincial president Aimal Wali Khan said that extremist forces would not be allowed to play with the future of Pakistan, adding that using religion for its own purposes or power was detrimental to the country’s integrity if taken seriously.
Reacting to the decision to ban Tehreek-e-Libek, Aimal Wali Khan said that he is in favour of the ban on Tehreek-e-Labeek on religious, ideological and humanitarian grounds.
Extremist forces in Pakistan will not be allowed to play with the future of the country. Using religion for one’s own needs, goals or power is detrimental to the country’s integrity.
