PPP’s Qadir Mandokhel files a case against Firdous Ashiq Awan
Lahore, 20th June: PPP MPA Qadir Mandokhel has taken legal action against PTI Minister Firdous Ashiq Awan after their recent controversy went viral on social media.
According to reports of Baaghi TV, PPP National Assembly Member Qadir Mandokhel has filed a petition against the Punjab Information Advisor to Chief Minister Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan.
Qadir Khan Mandokhel has taken a stand in his petition that Firdous Ashiq Awan slapped, abused and threatened him during a TV program on Express News Channel.
Therefore, he pleads that under the provisions of harassment, death threats and torture, a case should be registered.
PPP MNA said in the petition that Firdous Ashiq Awan insulted and threatened him on national TV in front of TV anchor Javed Chaudhry , after which he had to run to save his life.
Qadir Mandokhel demanded in the petition that a case of harassment, intimidation and violence be registered against her, as his family and supporters are perturbed with this situation.
According to police officials, Qadir Mandokhel’s request for a case against Firdous Ashiq Awan was received several days ago.
