Prince Philip’s funeral to be held in accordance with his own wishes
Lahore, 11th April: UK’s Buckingham Palace has announced the final program for the funeral of Prince Philip, who died on Friday morning at the age of 99.
The Royal family announced on Saturday that the funeral of Duke of Edinburgh will take at St George´s Chapel, Windsor Castle, on April 17.
Details of The Duke of Edinburgh’s Funeral have been announced.
The service will take place:

According to the notification issued by the Royal Family, all the plans for Prince’s funeral are in accordance with his own personal wishes.

The statement released on Twitter stated, “The occasion will recognise and celebrate The Duke’s life and more than 70 years of service to The Queen, the UK and the Commonwealth.”
Buckingham Palace stressed that the number of mourners will be limited to 30 and the ceremony will be held according to COVID-19 restrictions. All the members of the royal family including Queen Elizabeth II will be expected to wear face masks.
It is pertinent to mention here that Baaghi TV reported on Friday that the Duke of Edinburgh died on April 9 at the age of 99, a few days after he was discharged from the hospital after being treated for heart ailment.
