Provincial Health Minister summoned by the court
Lahore, 27th October: Provincial Health Minister Dr Yasmin Rashid’s summons have been issued.

Arguments were presented in the court today by the lawyer of petitioner Rana Imran Javed, former coordinator of Pakistan Bar Council Advocate Mudassar Chaudhry and Mujtaba Haider and Ghulam Mujtaba Advocate. Civil Judge Rabia Riaz heard the case.
The petitioner said that Dr Yasmin Rashid made a very defamatory statement against the lawyers in the press conference and she had violated the sanctity of the black court. Dr Yasmeen Rashid’s statement was broadcast on TV.
The petitioner requested the court to order Dr Yasmin Rashid to pay Rs. 20 million in damages.
