Lahore, 20th May: A female PTI member from Gujranwala has lost her life to coronavirus today.
According to Baaghi TV, Shaheen Raza, the lone PTI MPA from Gujranwala, died of coronavirus at Mayo Hospital, Commissioner Gujranwala Sohail Ashraf has confirmed.
Dr. Asad Aslam, CEO of Mayo Hospital Lahore, said that Shaheen Raza had been undergoing treatment at Mayo Hospital for three days. After being diagnosed with Corona, she was undergoing treatment in Gujranwala.
Government’s negligence in controlling the Pandemic
However, when her condition worsened, she was transferred to Mayo, where she was on a ventilator. Today she lost her battle to the deadly virus.
It should be noted that the spread of corona is rapidly continuing in Pakistan, several members of the Assembly have been diagnosed with the virus, political leaders have also been diagnosed with coronavirus, some of whom have recovered.
