Punjab Chief Minister, without protocol, visits rain-hit areas of Lahore
Baaghi TV: Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Bazdar without any protocol suddenly visited different areas of Lahore city and without security reviewed the situation created by heavy rain and wind.
Chief Minister Usman Bazdar inspected drainage arrangements in Jail Road, Gulberg, Canal Road, Mall Road, Lawrence Road and other areas. Chief Minister Usman Bazdar expressed satisfaction over the arrangements for drainage. He expressed anger over seeing standing water in some places.

Chief Minister Usman Bazdar gave instructions on the spot for drainage. Ordered WASA and administrative officers to be present in the field.
If I am in the field, the concerned officers should also be seen working instead of resting at home. They are with the citizens of Lahore and will stay with them.
He made a surprise visit and observed the emergency arrangements made by WASA in different parts of the city. Such a visit gives a real idea of the real situation.
