Punjab Food Authority Seals Popular Eatery in Lahore

Cafe Aylanto sealed for serving alcohol without permit.

Lahore (7th Sept, 2019): Popular eatery, Cafe Aylanto’s Gulberg branch, sealed by Punjab Food Authority (PFA).

According to reports of Baaghi TV, the restaurant has been sealed for the serving of alcohol without proper permit. As confirmed by Baaghi TV’s sources, police had raided the restaurant late night on the 6th of September to find alcohol being sold and served to customers without permit.

Reportedly, the owner including restaurant staff and some guests have been taken into police custody.
