Many cities in Sindh, including Sukkur, were hit by heavy rains, disrupting power supply.
A woman was murdered and ten others were injured in different accidents in Sukkur as a result of torrential rainfall, which also caused trees to fall and electrical lines to be destroyed in several locations.
Rain tripped 60 feeders in Sukkur, according to a SEPCO representative, and electricity has been restored to 9 of them.
The city is facing difficulties due to standing water in low-lying areas due to rains.
