Rainfall expected in Karachi today
Wednesday, July 8th: Rain with thunderstorm is expected in Karachi even today, the Meteorological Department has predicted that the rain system may move towards Oman this afternoon.
The cloud was kind to the people of Karachi but the heat and confinement was breaking records. Rain forecast in Shar-e-Quaid even today. According to the Meteorological Department, it is likely to rain in the afternoon.
Monsoon rains have been continuing in Shar-e-Quaid for the last two days. Director Meteorological Department Sardar Sarfraz said that there may be thunder and rain in the city this afternoon as well. However, it is hoped that the rain system will extend from the city to Oman by tonight.
