Rehman Malik’s legal battle against Cynthia, again a Contempt of court Notice

According to the report of Baaghi TV, a legal battle is going on against Senator Rehman Malik and American woman Cynthia Ritchie.

Additional Sessions Judge Nasir Javed Rana heard the plea of Senator Rehman Malik. The court again issued notice to Cynthia Ritchie and adjourned the hearing till September 8.

According to Rehman Malik’s spokesperson, Cynthia Ritchie has committed contempt of court by deliberately violating court orders. On June 29, the Sessions Court Islamabad has ordered Cynthia Ritchie not to make any statement against Senator Rehman Malik.

The Sessions Court has ruled that Cynthia Ritchie will not issue or speak against Senator Rehman Malik. Sessions Court has also barred Cynthia Ritchie from publishing any material against Senator Rehman Malik.

Can’t file case against Cynthia: Islamabad police

According to Rehman Malik’s spokesperson, despite the court orders, Cynthia Ritchie continues to make statements against Senator Rehman Malik from her Twitter account. Despite the court orders, Cynthia Ritchie has given an interview to a foreign news agency.

Even today, after a hearing, Cynthia Ritchie has spoken to the media and made allegations. Cynthia Ritchie is making fun of court orders by posting them on her Twitter header.

According to Rehman Malik’s spokesperson, Cynthia Ritchie is not following the orders of the Pakistani courts and is not respecting them. Cynthia Ritchie criticizes Pakistan’s judicial system in her tweet.

The Sessions Judge ordered Cynthia Ritchie to appear before the court on July 17. The court also ordered Cynthia Ritchie to refrain from making any kind of statements against Senator Rehman Malik.

According to Senator Rehman Malik’s spokesman Riaz Ali Turi, immediately after the allegations, Senator Rehman Malik had approached the court against Cynthia Ritchie.

Senator Rehman Malik respects Cynthia Ritchie as a woman so no media has responded to her allegations till date. Senator Rehman Malik has always raised his voice and fought for women’s rights and dignity.

According to the spokesperson, the allegations of Cynthia Ritchie were a reaction of Senator Rehman Malik as the chairman of the Senate Standing Committee on Home Affairs to take notice of her tweet against Ms. Benazir Bhutto. Senator Rehman Malik had received threats to withdraw the notice taken against Cynthia Ritchie. Otherwise, she will make big allegations. Senator Rehman Malik knows his enemies well, who along with Cynthia Ritchie made allegations against him.

According to the spokesperson, Senator Rehman Malik thanked Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari for his full support. In case of winning the case, Senator Rehman Malik has decided to spend the compensation money on welfare work.
