Renowned anchor saddened over the death of Syed Munawar Hassan

Lahore, 26th June: The former Amir of Jamaat-e-Islami Syed Munawar Hassan has died today who had been ill for some time and was undergoing treatment at the hospital. 

According to Baaghi TV,  Pakistan’s renowned anchor and journalist Mubasher Lucman has expressed deep sorrow and grief over the demise of a scholarly person.

Amir of Jamaat-e-Islami Senator Siraj-ul-Haq, Liaquat Baloch, Ameer-ul-Azeem, and others have also expressed their condolences on the demise of Syed Munawar Hassan and prayed for his forgiveness.

CAA negligence causing loss of millions

Mubashar Lucman left a heartening message on his Twitter account and said that he was very saddened to hear the news of Mohtarim Munawar Hassan Saheb’s death and prayed for his higher ranks.

It should be noted that Syed Saheb passed away today and left millions of loved ones mourning behind.

Syed Munawar Hassan was the fourth Amir of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan who was born in August 1944 in Delhi. The nobleman belonged to Delhi before the partition of the subcontinent. After independence, his family chose Pakistan as their home and moved to Karachi.

In 1966, he did an MA in Islamic Studies from Karachi University. As a student, Munawar Hassan became known for his eloquence. He was also the editor of a college magazine and was a good badminton player.
