Rescue Operation in Dadu and Jhal Magsi

Dadu, 9th August: Relief & rescue operation continues in various areas of Dadu, and Jhal Magsi.

According to reports from ISPR, Pakistan Army and Navy rescue teams including medical and Engineering teams are assisting civil administration to rescue stranded people to safer places. A hot meal is being served to 1000 stranded people.

Jhal Magsi- Gandawah’s main colonies are connected. Pasi bridge is opened for all kinds of traffic. The coastal highway is connected.

In Jhal Magsi, all Hindu families are stuck in Wangu hills, they are being rescued to safer places after 8 hours-long rescue operation.

N-65 is blocked near the Bibi Nani bridge & Pinjra Bridge due to a high level of water. The Main Gas transmission line is damaged near the Bibi Nani bridge.

Due to rains and hill torrents roads in Quetta – Jacobabbad, Gawadar- Karachi, and Sibbi- Kohlu are blocked at various places.
