Lahore, 21st April: Resolution on Namoos-e-Risalat (PBUH) has been passed unanimously at the Sindh Assembly.
According to the report of Baaghi TV, a resolution has been presented in the Sindh Assembly on Wednesday against blasphemous sketches in a French magazine.
Information Minister Nasir Hussain Shah presented the resolution in the Sindh Assembly. The resolution condemned the blasphemous sketches by France.
The resolution said that the House demands from the federal government to take steps to stop the blasphemous sketches.
All the parliamentary parties in the Sindh Assembly supported the resolution.
In the meeting, Assemblymember Abdul Rashid said that the agreements reached regarding the Namoos-e-Risalat should be implemented.
Mufti Qasim said that an agreement was reached between the federal government and Tehreek-e-Labbaik in November last year.
Jamat Islami’s MPA Abdul Rasheed also presented a resolution to remove the Federal Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed from his post.
He also demanded to lift the ban on the proscribed organization TLP and implement the agreements signed on Namoos-e-Risalat (PBUH).
