Russian Army Chief visited GHQ, held talks with COAS Bajwa.
A delegation of Russian army led by General Oleg Salyukov, the commander of ground forces of Russia visited GHQ and held talks on regional peace and co-operation.
According to the reports of Baaghitv, a delegation of Russian Army led by Russia’s Ground Forces Chief General Oleg Salyukov, who is on official visit to Pakistan, visited General Headquarters (GHQ) in Rawalpindi on Tuesday, according to a statement issued by the ISPR.
Chief of Army Staff Qamar Javed Bajwa said military co-operation between Russia and Pakistan will improve security of the region and will usher economic prosperity.
Earlier a military contingent provided guard of honors to visiting delegation and Russian Chief General Oleg Salyukov, laid floral wreath at Yadgaar-e-Shuhadaah.
