Saudi Arabia announces International Defense Exhibition
Riyadh, 19th July 2020: Saudi Arabia announces the International Defense Exhibition.
According to a report by Baaghi TV, the Saudi General Authority for Military Industry has said that the first international defense exhibition will be held on March 6, 2022, in the capital Riyadh.
It will have air, land, naval defense systems, satellites, and information security equipment. This exhibition will be the first of its kind. It will include Saudi and international armaments manufacturers as well as military and security equipment manufacturers.

It will soon make its way to international defense exhibitions around the world.
The Governor of the General Authority for Military Industry, Engineer Ahmad Al-Awhali, said in a video press conference that the defense exhibition in Saudi Arabia would be held in Riyadh every two years.
The press conference was attended by representatives of Saudi, regional and international media, and officials of major Saudi and international companies involved in the military industry.

He added that there would be several seminars and conferences on the occasion of the exhibition. There will be an entrance exhibition hall covering an area of 30,000 square meters.
The planes will be parked on an area of 15,000 square meters. An area of 200,000 square meters will be set aside for flying equipment.
