Saudi Arab's Civil Aviation issues warning to all in-bound flights

Lahore, 26th May: Saudi Arabia’s General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) has warned all airlines coming to Saudi Arabia that they must abide by the quarantine rules.

According to the details, a statement issued by Saudi Civil Aviation, GACA said that the airlines coming to Saudi Arabia should abide by the quarantine procedure and regulations, however, some airlines have violated the instructions.

GACA said that passengers who did not arrive for organizational quarantine within four hours of arrival would be facilitated but action would be taken against those who did not follow the instructions at all.

It may be recalled that according to the new travel guidelines issued by Saudi Aviation (GACA), it has been made mandatory for all passengers coming to the Kingdom to register their travel data on the online portal and confirm registration.

It added that the established rules must be followed.

GACA said that it has also been made mandatory for the passengers to fill up the registration form on the airline’s website. The airlines should advertise the instructions regarding data entry on their website.

According to Saudi Aviation, passengers will have to inform the airline about the details of the boarding portal, the data entered on the online portal will not apply to Saudi citizens and persons with exemptions.

Aviation warned passengers that legal action would be taken for violating the rules and regulations.
