Lahore, 12th November: It has been recommended to immediately close the educational institutions across the country after a surge in the coronavirus cases.
According to the report of Baaghi TV, it is being advised to close the schools across the country with the immediate effect and give an early winter break to the kids.
It is being recommended that a winter break of two months from November 16 to January 15 be granted and educational institutes should be closed after observing a rise in COVID-19 cases.
The National Command Authority has requested the government to implement all the recommendations immediately and urgently.
According to a report by Baaghi TV, the number of patients in Pakistan has been steadily increasing since the second wave of COVID-19 started. In the last 24 hours, there have been 34 deaths from coronavirus in Pakistan. Meanwhile, 1,808 new patients have emerged.
The total number of deaths from coronavirus in Pakistan has risen to 7,055. Meanwhile, the number of confirmed cases in Pakistan has reached 349,992.
Earlier, the NCOC decided to close courts, cinemas and theatres immediately due to an increase in coronavirus cases. A ban on public gatherings is also recommended, with no more than 500 people allowed to gather.
