Sea breezes will resume in Karachi from tomorrow afternoon: Meteorological Office

May 18, 2021: Director Meteorological Department Sardar Sarfraz said that sea breezes will be restored from tomorrow afternoon.

BaaghiTV: Talking to media, Director Meteorological Department Sardar Sarfraz said that there is no threat from Typhoon Taota in any part of Pakistan. He said that Typhoon Taota in Indian Gujarat is now in the form of depression. According to Sardar Sarfraz, there is no danger from the storm now, only strong winds and rain are likely in some parts of Tharparkar district. He further said that sea breezes in Karachi will remain suspended even today and the temperature is likely to go up to 43 degrees Celsius.

The director of the Meteorological Department said that sea breezes would be restored in Karachi from tomorrow afternoon.
